HOW CAN I ORDER?
Ordering is quick and simple. It consists of four clear steps:
SELECT PRODUCTS With the button ‘ADD TO CART’ you add a product. Would you like to order multiple copies? Then adjust the quantity in the shopping cart and click on ‘update shopping cart’. The ‘continue shopping’ button will take you back to the store. Have you changed your mind? Click on ‘delete’ to remove a product. Ready to shop? Click on ‘checkout’
SHIPPING METHOD We ship with a third party Company, or you can order for Pick up at store
PAYMENT METHOD We offer only Cash on Delivery, or Pick up at Store
CONFIRM You will receive an overview of your order data. Don’t forget to check your order? Is everything right? You can complete the order with the button ‘Place your order’. By clicking on ‘complete order’, you agree to our terms and conditions. Don’t forget to add notes about the order before checking out if you need to
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order. This is only possible if we have not yet sent your order. Please contact our customer service via our email at mavlianlb@gmail.com
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We deliver all over Lebanon for 3$ shipping fee, unless orders above 90$ free delivery
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
All watches come with a 2 year warranty. The following are not covered by the warranty: The glass, the strap, the crown and any battery. If your watch is defective within the warranty period. Please only send the watch to us
Usually a repair takes between 1-3 weeks. Depending on how busy the service center is and the defect
HOW DOES RETURNS WORK?
You can return the items within 30 days. The costs for the return are for your own account
PREREQUISITE:– Item must be undamaged – Item must be unused – In original packaging – Completely complete
